Join us for a jammin’ good time! Register to attend a Water Bath Canning Class held on Thursday, October 26th from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon at the Van Zandt Extension Office (235 E. Groves Street, Canton, TX)! Hosted by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Van Zandt & Rains Counties.

Participants will:

• learn home food preservation basics
• get hands-on water bath canning experience
• take home a jar of jam they canned
